Custom Coasters HQ designs and produces premium custom coasters — full-color UV printed or laser-engraved — for bars, breweries, weddings, hospitality groups, and brands ordering in bulk. Neoprene, cork, wood, ceramic, acrylic, and slate, all built to look intentional and last.
Why we exist
Custom coasters are a commodity — most are thin, dull, and printed by whoever quotes cheapest that week. We built Custom Coasters HQ to be the premium end of that category. That means better base materials, real decoration (permanent laser engraving and genuine full-color printing, not a sticker), free professional design help, and a team you can actually reach. The coaster under someone’s drink is on the table for hours; we think it should look like you meant it.
How we work
Quote — tell us the use, material, and rough quantity. Mockup — we send a free, photo-real design in 24–48 hours and revise until it’s right. Approve — you sign off and pay; production starts the same day. Ship — standard orders arrive in about three weeks, with rush available.
