Return Policy

Because every Custom Coasters HQ order is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Custom-printed and engraved coasters can’t be restocked or resold, so we’re unable to take them back once production begins.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake and replace the affected coasters at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return — it covers our errors, not a change of mind. To make a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

Why we work from an approved mockup

Our free mockup and unlimited-revision process exists precisely so that you review and sign off on the exact design, colors, material, and layout before anything goes into production. Once you approve, that mockup is the standard your order is measured against. We encourage you to check spelling, artwork, and specifications carefully at the approval stage.
