How to Order Custom Coasters: A Simple Checklist
Ordering custom coasters is easy when you have a few decisions made up front. Run through this checklist before you request a quote and your mockup will come back faster and closer to final.
1. Pick a purpose
Bar use, wedding favor, corporate gift, retail set, closing gift? The use points to the material. Durable neoprene for bars; engraved cork, wood, or slate for gifting and weddings; printed ceramic or acrylic for retail and hospitality.
2. Estimate quantity
Approximate is fine — we firm it up with the mockup. Remember our minimum is 50, and per-unit cost drops as volume rises, so it’s worth pricing a couple of quantities.
3. Gather artwork
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal but not required — we can rebuild print-ready art from a logo or photo for free. Note any exact brand or Pantone colors.
4. Choose material and finish
Skim the product pages to compare materials, or just tell us the vibe (natural, premium, colorful, modern) and we’ll recommend one.
5. Note your deadline
Standard production is about three weeks from approval. If you have a fixed in-hand date, tell us up front so we can confirm timing or arrange a rush.
6. Request the quote
Send it over. We reply within one business day with a free, photo-real mockup and bulk pricing, then revise until you approve — you only pay at sign-off.
Decide use, quantity, artwork, material, and deadline before you ask — then let the free mockup process handle the rest.
