Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 50 units for printed coasters. Smaller keepsake runs (for a small wedding, say) can sometimes be quoted case by case — just ask.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly run orders into the tens of thousands and can scale a brewery or corporate program as large as you need.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample or proof so you can approve the real material and decoration before we run the full quantity. We’ll explain any sample cost and turnaround when you ask.
Can I mix materials or styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine neoprene, cork, wood, ceramic, acrylic, and slate coasters in a single order and still reach volume pricing across the whole run.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, material, and specs on file, so a reorder matches your previous batch exactly.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and heading to production.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal, but they’re not required — we can recreate print-ready artwork from a photo or PNG at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our designers can build a print-ready mark or layout from a reference, a rough idea, or an existing brand, free of charge as part of the mockup.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom color and Pantone matching on printed coasters. Note that engraved and etched materials render tonally rather than in color.
Can you personalize each coaster individually?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or details and we can individually personalize each coaster — common for bridal parties, teams, and closing gifts.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve. We’d rather get it exactly right than rush you to sign off.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About three weeks from your approved mockup for standard orders. Larger runs may vary — we’ll confirm a timeline with your quote.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush production is available for firm deadlines. Tell us your in-hand date and we’ll confirm whether we can hit it and any rush terms.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the US, and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, weight, and destination. Heavier materials like slate cost more to ship than neoprene or cork.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we can split-ship to multiple locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake and replace the affected coasters — see our Return Policy for how that works.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom coasters cost?
Pricing is by quote and depends on material, quantity, and decoration. As a guide, most coasters fall in the $2–$8 per unit range at our minimum, with the per-unit cost dropping as volume rises.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
The accurate number depends on your material, quantity, and decoration, so a quick quote is always more honest than a fixed list price. We turn quotes around within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies. Payment is due once you approve the mockup.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote from another supplier, tell us — our lowest-price guarantee means we’ll do our best to beat it.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?
Printed coasters come in any full-color artwork; base and finish options include matte black, white, natural cork, walnut wood, slate grey, deep navy, burgundy, and forest green. Not sure? We’ll recommend one with your mockup.
Is the engraving really permanent?
Yes. Laser engraving and etching burn the design into the material itself — there’s no ink or coating to peel, fade, or wash away. Full-color prints are cured for durability and won’t rub off with normal use.
What are the coasters made of?
Depending on the style: foam neoprene, natural cork, solid hardwood (birch, walnut, or bamboo), absorbent ceramic with a cork base, cast acrylic, or natural slate stone. Each product page lists full specs.
How do I care for and clean them?
Neoprene is machine-washable; ceramic, acrylic, and slate wipe clean with a damp cloth; cork and wood should be wiped, not soaked, to protect the material. We include care notes with every order.
